摘　　要：以线性α-烯烃和异构烯烃钻井液为主的综合性能优良的新一代合成基钻井液,近年来国外投入使用较多,而中国在这方面的研究与国外还有相当大的差距。在对乳化剂、有机土、降滤失剂、润湿剂等添加剂优选的基础上,利用正交实验优选出了一种线性α-烯烃合成基钻井液,其最优配方为:85%线性α-烯烃+2.5%主乳化剂+3%辅助乳化剂+2%润湿剂+4%有机土+3.5%降滤失剂+6%氧化钙+15%水(10%CaCl2溶液)。评价结果表明,该钻井液具有优良的流变性能、抑制性、抗污染性能、高温稳定性及电稳定性。The linear α-alkene synthetic drilling fluid is widely used overseas for its remarkable overall performance,however,it is barely used in China.This paper optimized the emulsifiers organic clay filter reducers and wetting agents,carried out the best formulation of 85%linear a-alkene,3%assistant emulsifier,2.5% main emulsifier,2% wetting agent,4% organic clay,3.5% filter reducer,6% CaO,15% water(10%CaCl2 solution).The results of evaluations show that this drilling fluid system has good performances of rheology,inhibition,anti-pollution,hightemperature resistance and electric stability.
