摘 要:介绍了一种宽频带、低噪声放大器的设计方法.首先介绍了不对称微带十字型结阻抗匹配的设计方法,与传统单频率点匹配网络相比,具有频带宽和结构紧凑的优点.接着设计了一个单级Ku波段低噪声放大器,利用不对称微带十字型结分别对输入、输出电路进行阻抗匹配,再通过电磁仿真软件ADS仿真、优化.仿真结果显示,该放大器在8~14 GHz的频带范围内满足噪声系数、增益和驻波比的要求.This paper presents a method to design the wideband Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) by using the ADS software. Firstly a method to design the impedance matching network by using the asymmetry crisscross knot of microstrip was introduced, which has good performances of wideband and compact structure compared with the traditional matching network of single frequency point. Then a one-stage Ku waveband low noise amplifier (LNA) was designed. The input and output networks were matched by using the asymmetry crisscross knot of microstrip. At last the designed amplifier was simulated and optimized by using the electromagnetic simulation software ADS. The simulation results show that the amplifier meets the required performance of noise figure, gain and VSWR in a range from 8 GHz to 14 GHz.
