中西药对照治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝那普利及自拟中药方剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将46例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组,对照组给予贝那普利加缬沙坦,观察组给予自拟中药方剂。治疗2个月,观察24 h尿总蛋白定量、血糖、血钾。结果:治疗2个月后,患者血压、尿蛋白均有不同程度下降,观察组尿蛋白下降程度优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方剂治疗糖尿病肾病疗效优于贝那普利。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic nephropathy （DN） treated with Benazepril and Chinese herb formula. Methods： 46 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given Benazepril treatment, the observation group was given Chinese herb. After treatment 2 months, during the observation period, 24 h urine protein, blood glucose and serum potassium were detected. Results： The blood pressure and urinary protein were decreased after 2 months, urine protein level of the observation group decreased, and was better than that of the control group, there were significant differences in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Chinese herb formula in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is better than Benazepril.
