摘　　要：目的:优选活络健骨胶囊剂的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验对活络健骨胶囊剂的醇提工艺进行优化,以高效液相色谱法测定样品中芍药苷的含量。结果:活络健骨胶囊剂的最佳醇提取工艺条件为A2B3C2D2,即用8倍量80%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:本实验为活络健骨胶囊剂的生产工艺提供了科学的依据。Objective： To optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of paeoniflor in Huoluo Jiangu Capsules. Methods： With the paeoniflor content as index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors, including the eoncentra-tion of alcohol, the extracting time and the amount of alcohol. Results： The optimum process was 8 times of 80% alcohol, extracting ：2 times and 1 hours each time. Conclusion： The process is efficient, stable and suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Huoluo Jiangu Capsules.
