7987例泌尿生殖道感染的支原体感染状况及药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解近段时间深圳关外地区泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体包括解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)和人型支原体(mycoplasma hominis,Mh)的感染情况及其药物敏感试验结果。方法对2008年1月至2009年6月期间7 987例非重复送检做支原体培养标本的检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 Uu和Mh的感染率分别为47.69%和10.55%,Uu为主要病原体;同时感染Uu和Mh占9.93%;只感染Uu占37.76%,只感染Mh占0.63%;Uu和Mh都未感染占51.68%。在对9种药物进行的药敏试验结果中,美满霉素和强力霉素的敏感率最高,分别为94.29%和93.77%;其次为交沙霉素和克拉霉素,敏感率分别为76.08%和71.47%;其他5种药物阿奇霉素、司帕沙星、左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星和罗红霉素的敏感率依次下降,分别为49.70%、37.51%、31.75%、18.75%和11.23%。结论泌尿生殖道感染一半左右患者由Uu和/或Mh引起;对于Uu和Mh感染,临床医生应当结合药敏试验结果合理用药,而美满霉素和强力霉素是目前治疗支原体感染最有效的药物。Objective To investigate the infection status and the drug-sensitivity of ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） and mycoplasma hominis（Mh） among patients with urogenital infection disease in Shenzhen suburb region recently.Methods 7 987 cases of urogenital infection were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to June 2009.Results The positive rates of Uu and Mh infection are 47.69% and 10.55% respectively,and Uu is the main pathogen.There are 9.93% patients infected timely by Uu and Mh,and 37.76% patiens infected only by Uu,and 0.63% patiens infected only by Mh,and 51.68% patiens without Uu and Mh.The drug-sensitivity test of 9 antibiotics showed that the high sensitivity rates 94.29% and 93.77% for minocycline and doxycycline.The following 76.08% and 71.47% for josamycin and clathyromycin,and the sensitivity rates of the other five antibiotics were declined in turn 49.70%,37.51%,31.75%,18.75% and 11.23% for azithromycin,Sparfloxacin,levofloxacin,ofloxacin and roxithromycin.Conclusion There are 50% or so patients with urogenital infection infected by Uu and/or Mh.The right therapy of mycoplasma infection should be based on the result of mycoplasma culture and its drug-sensitivity test.Minocycline and doxycycline may be used as the first choice for the treatment of mycoplasma infection in Shenzhen at present.
