摘　　要：战争游戏法的有效实施有赖于正确的分析框架。基于五力模型的战争游戏法分析框架是企业分析产业环境的有力工具。在分析五力模型内涵的基础上,以案例的形式阐述了五力模型作为战争游戏法分析框架的实际应用。Effective implementation of war games depends on the correct analytical framework.The framework based on the five forces model is a powerful business analysis tool for the industrial environment.This article analyzes the contents and the practical application of the five forces model as a war game analytical framework.
