摘  要:建立了一维河网嵌套平面二维洪水演进数学模型,并以长江干流螺山-汉口河段和汉江支流东荆河水系作为应用对象,对该地区分蓄洪区调度方案进行模拟。对东荆河分洪民垸、杜家台分蓄洪区等实施分洪后汉江、长江干流洪水位变化和各分洪区进洪后洪水演进、淹没过程进行了初步模拟。结果表明,分洪对降低距分洪闸较近的分洪口门河道水位最为明显,对下游水位也有较明显的降低效果,但对上游水位影响较小,同时也表明模型构建合理、运用方便、稳定性好,符合实际物理过程,具备推广应用价值。We establish a mathematical model of 1-D river network coupled with 2-D horizontal flood routing,which has been applied in simulation of flood dispatching scheme of Luoshan-Hankou reach of the main stem of Yangtze River and Dongjing River system,a tributary of Hanjiang River.The variation of water levels in flood diversion polder areas of Dongjing River and Dujiatai flood diversion area after implementation of flood diversion has been simulated,so has the process of routing and inundation in all the flood diversion areas.The results show that the water levels of the flood diversion gate near the sluice and downstream can be lowered by flood diversion evidently;however,the upstream water level is hardly influenced.Meanwhile,the calculation results indicate that the model is reliable,convenient,and stable and is consistent with the practical process.
