摘  要:以星豹蛛(Pardosa astrigera)雌、雄成蛛为材料,将星豹蛛置于不同温度下,24h后观察其活动状况,测定温度对其体内CAT、GSH-Px、SOD、POD活力的影响,并进行了保护酶活性和存活率的相关分析。结果表明,在较低温度下,星豹蛛的活动能力较低;随着温度的升高,其活动能力增强;温度高于40℃时,星豹蛛出现死亡现象。温度对星豹蛛成蛛体内保护酶系有着显著的影响。不同的保护酶随着温度的不同而表现出不同的变化特点。这说明在不适于星豹蛛生活的温度条件下,各种保护酶相互协调,从而影响细胞内自由基水平,这对保护细胞免受自由基损伤和获得耐热或耐冷能力起到重要作用。Pardosa astrigera was treated under different temperatures for 24 hours to determine the CAT,GSH-Px,SOD,POD activity.Its activities were observed under different temperatures.The experiment showed that at lower temperatures,the spider's activities were relatively low.As the temperature increased,their activities increased.Survival rate rapidly declined with temperature more than 40℃.The protection enzyme activities of Pardosa astrigera were obviously influenced by temperature.The protection enzymes under different temperature showed changes in different characteristics.Research showed that when the temperature was unsuitable for survival of Pardosa astrigera,all kinds of protection enzyme would be intercoordination to affect the level of intracellular free radicals,which could play an important role in protecting cells from free radical damage and accessing the ability of heat resistance or cold resistance.
