光谱分析法测定窝儿七中微量元素

摘　　要：应用原子发射光谱分析法对窝儿七中的微量元素进行了定性分析。根据定性分析结果,建立了连续测定窝儿七中微量元素镁、锌、锰、钙、铜、铁的原子吸收光谱法,得到了这6种元素的标准工作曲线方程及线性范围。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0.8%,加标回收率为98.2%～103.0%。The qualitative determination of trace elements in Diphylleia sinensis Li from Shanxi Taibai was done by atomic emission spectrometry（AES）method.On the basis of the result,an atomic absorption spectrometry（AAS）method was developed to determine trace elements in Diphylleia sinensis Li.The standard working curve equations and linear ranges of Mg,Zn,Mn,Ca,Cu and Fe were obtained respectively.The relative standard deviations were less than 0.8 %.The recoveries were 98.2%~103.0%.
