摘　　要：安置区移民安置适宜性评价是移民安置规划工作的重要环节,本研究探讨了基于参与性评估法的安置区移民安置适宜性评价理论与方法,并对雅安市雨城区进行了移民安置适宜性评价。评价结果表明,移民安置适宜性主要受人均水田、人均纯收入和交通便利程度的影响,整个雨城区被划分为四类安置区。通过移民安置适宜性评价,为移民安置区的选择提供科学的依据,为安置区移民环境容量的计算奠定了基础,对移民安置工作的顺利进行有指导性的作用。Based on the data related to incomer allocation gathered by means of participatory rural appraisal and tabulating in Yu-cheng District of Ya-an City,the method of selecting the incomer allocation region and the appraisement of the feasibility of incomer allocation are discussed with the units of village by means of analytical hierarchy process and system cluster supported by the software of SPSS 10.0.Results show that the feasibility of incomer allocation is mainly subject to the three factors of individual paddy field,individual dry land and the convenience of come-and-go and the whole city is divided into four kinds of incomer allocation.The gist of selecting the region of incomer allocation was offered and the keystone of calculating capacity of incomer is settled by the appraisement of the feasibility of incomer allocation.It gave guidance to the project of incomer allocation.
