摘 要:总结了中国海洋石油总公司承担的国家科技重大专项示范工程中有关海上油气田整体调整加密技术研究进展和应用成效。该成果获得了以下3个方面的重大突破性进展:①首次在海上油气田实施整体调整和加密井网的开发技术方案和实践,为海上油气田今后有效提高采收率和开发效果提供了成功的借鉴;②首次在海上密集的丛式井网中,再钻调整加密的第二套加密井网,在钻井技术上取得成功和突破,特别是在定向井井眼轨迹和防碰绕障等方面技术水平大大提高;③首次在高孔高渗低压的疏松砂岩油气藏中成功采用了一整套储层保护技术,并取得良好的生产效果。同时将该成果应用于海上油气田开采中后期提高采收率领域,大大提升了定向井技术的管理水平和钻井能力,在生产过程中全部达到和超过了原单井的产量。上述技术的成功应用,将极大推动我国海上油气田开发生产能力建设,提升了我国海上丛式井、定向井钻井技术水平,是为今后海上油气田提高开发速度和钻完井技术水平进行的一次成功尝试和探索。The development and application results of offshore overall infill drilling technology charged by the CNOOC as one of major national science & technology programs are summarized herein from 3 aspects.First,The overall infill drilling technology was first used for offshore oil and gas fields with great success,which provides a valuable reference for the improvement of EOR and future development efficiency in offshore oil and gas fields.Second,The secondary re-infill drilling was first successfully performed within the already close-spaced offshore cluster wells,particularly some drilling technologies have been improved to a significantly higher level like directional well trajectory control and collision avoidance.c.Third,package of reservoir protection technologies was used for the first time for the high-porosity,high-permeability and low-pressure loose sandstone reservoirs with an obviously satisfactory result.Ever since the above-mentioned achievements were used for the intermediate-and later-stage EOR operation in offshore oil and gas fields,the drilling capability and the management of directional wells have been both improved to a higher degree.As a result,the production of each single well has reached or exceeded its previous rate.Successful field practices demonstrate that the above technologies will help promote the development of offshore oil and gas fields in China and improve the level of the offshore cluster well drilling and directional well drilling technologies.All those achieved results prove that successful trial has been made for future fast development of offshore oil and gas fields and for the improvement of offshore drilling and completion technologies.
