摘 要:LNG加热气化装置是LNG应用过程中不可缺少的重要装备,对高效利用LNG有着至关重要的作用。对目前国内外常用的LNG加热气化装置进行了性能研究并分析了它们的优缺点,进而结合我国天然气工业发展的实际情况,研究设计了一种新型烟气自击回旋湿式LNG加热气化装置。为此,详细介绍了该装置采用的气流旋水子、燃烧室内外筒结构、锥形烟气喷口、烟气再循环、自动注水系统等创新技术,以及该装置具有的热效率高、启动快、气化速率高、结构紧凑、占地面积小、不受环境条件影响等特点。因其符合节能环保要求,适用于天然气供气管网中因各种原因无法联网的相对独立的中小规模区域、需要较大负荷变化范围的调峰区域、需要特殊供气的区域、需要迅速频繁供气或停气的区域等。The LNG heating and gasification facilities are very important for the LNG utilization process.Therefore the performances of the facilities widely applied at home and abroad are thoroughly analyzed including their advantages and disadvantages.In combination with the actual situation of natural gas industry in China,a new wet-type LNG heating and gasification facility with self-impacting and circulating flue gas is thus designed and developed.Hereby in this paper we introduce in detail many innovative technologies adopted for this new type of facility in parts of gas flow circle unit,the structure of inner and outer cylinders of the combustion chamber,taper spraying apparatus,flue gas circulating and automatic water-feed system,etc..In addition,we present the advantages of this new facility such as high heating efficiency,rapid start-up process,high gasification rate,compact structure,small floor space,and invulnerability to the environment.Being line with the energy-saving and environmental-friendly requirement,this new facility will be applied to small and medium areas where there have no access to the pipeline network,peak-shaving areas where there need big changes in load,and the areas where either special gas supply or frequent/rapid gas supply or cut-off is required.
