摘 要:以10个喜树种源1年生苗木为试验材料,通过低温循环仪自动降温程序模拟低温处理,采用电导法测定叶片相对电导率,用Logistic曲线拟合求出半致死温度(即拐点温度LT50),并比较了10个喜树种源的抗寒能力。结果表明,10个喜树种源的抗寒能力从强到弱的顺序依次为:江苏南京、浙江长兴、安徽黄山、江西南昌、湖南浏阳、浙江龙泉、湖南邵阳、贵州贵阳、云南昆明、广西桂林。通过聚类分析将其分为4类:江苏南京种源为一类,抗寒性最强;浙江长兴、安徽黄山和江西南昌3个种源为一类,抗寒性较强;湖南浏阳、浙江龙泉和湖南邵阳3个种源为一类,抗寒性较弱;贵州贵阳、云南昆明和广西桂林种源为一类,抗寒性最弱。An experiment was conducted to study the cold resistances of one-year-old Camptotheca acuminata seedlings from ten provenances by determining tile relative electrical conductivity of leaves under stimulated freezing treatment. The turning point temperature (semilethal temperature) measured by Logistic curve was used as the resistance index. Results showed that C. acuminata seedlings from Nanjing provenance had the highest cold resistance, followed by Changxing, Huangshan, Nanchang, Liuyang, Langquan, Shaoyang, Guiyang, Kunming and Guilin provenances in order. In terms of cold resistance, tbese varieties of C. acuminata could be divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis : Nanjing exhibited the strongest cold resistance; Changing, Huangshan and Nanchang had medium cold resistances; Liuyang, Longquan and Shaoyang had poorer cold resistances; Guiyang, Kunming and Guilin had the weakest cold resistances.
