Effects of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Seedling Biomass of Lespedeza bicolor in Sandy Land of Northwestern Liaoning Province

摘  要:采用312-D最优饱和设计,在辽西北典型的半干旱沙地地区开展了水肥耦合试验,研究了不同水肥处理对章古台地区1年生胡枝子幼苗生物量的影响,建立了胡枝子生物量的水肥回归数学模型。结果表明:不同水肥耦合对胡枝子生物量有显著影响,生物量最高值(43.47 g)出现在高水中氮次低磷组合,即土壤含水率17.52%,施氮量266.822 kg.hm-2,施磷量190.187 kg.hm-2。单因素对生物量的影响是水大于氮。氮、磷耦合对生物量有促进的正效应,水、磷之间具有替代作用,对生物量有负效应,水、氮耦合对生物量具有正交互作用。边际效应中,胡枝子生物量随着水分的增加而增加,随着氮、磷的增加而减少。With 312-D optimized saturation design, an experiment of water and fertilizer coupling was conducted in semi-arid sandy region of northwestern Liaoning Province. Effects of different treatments on biomass of Lespedeza bicolor Turez. seedlings were studied, and a mathematical regression model was set up. Result shows that all the tested coupling levels of water and fertilizer had significant effects on the biomass of L. bicolor seedlings. The highest dry biomass (43.47 g) appeared at such a coupling level with the highest level of water ( 17.52% ) , medium level of nitrogen (266.822 kg · hm^-2 ) and the lower level of phosphorus ( 190. 187 kg · hm^-2 ). The effect of water on biomass was more obvious than that of nitrogen. The coupling of nitrogen and phosphorus exhibited a positive effect on hiomass, and water and phosphorus showed a substitution effect and a negative effect on biomass, while the coupling of water and nitrogen displayed a positiVe interaction. In terms of border effect, the biomass of L. bicolor increased with the increase of water content, but decreased with the increment of nitrogen and phosphorus.
