摘　　要：综述90年代以来的ODSS研究，对ODSS概念的演进过程做了详细的描述；以企业组织为背景，强调对“以组织手段解决决策问题”的过程的支持，指出了ODSS发展成为建立决策支持应用的高级基础结构的总体趋向．最后，提出了引进组织智能思想研究这类新型复杂系统的基本思路．The evolution of ODSS concept is described by reviewing the ODSS researches of 1990s. It is showed that the kinds of decision support in enterprise organizations are interdependent, and emphasis should be placed on the support for solving decision problems through organizational means. This leads to the trend to view ODSS in a border way and to develop it as the infrastructure to build enterprise decision support applications. The research paradigm of organizational intelligence is introduced to improve the un-derstanding of these new kind of complex systems.
