城乡交界带农村居民点用地演变规律研究——以济南市历城区为例

摘　　要：济南市历城区位于城乡、山地平原交界带，农村居民点用地影响因素多．特殊性强。以历城区土地利用现状图（1996年）、历城区第二次土地利用现状调查图（2008年）为依据．应用MAPGIS软件对1996—2008年农村居民点用地的扩展演变进行了定量分析。结果袁明：研究期内，历城区农村居民点用地总面积呈增加趋势，全区共增加了3426．35hm2，年均增加285．53hm2，农村居民点用地获得较快的扩展：人均农村居民点用地面积也呈增加趋势，由1996年的158．83m2／人增加到2008年的206．78m2／人，历城区农村居民点用地利用越来越粗放：历城区农村居民点用地变化区域差异显著，农村居民点用地增加主要集中在郭店镇、遥墙镇、董家镇、港沟镇、柳埠镇、仲宫镇。受城市扩展的影响．孙村镇、华山镇、洪家楼镇农村居民点用地减少，并对用地原因进行了简要分析，提出了可行措施。Licheng district of Jinan city is in the district between rural and urban area, and it is in the joint zone between mountain and plain. The rural residential land is influenced by many factors. The district has some special characteristics. Based on the present land-use map of Licheng district （1996） and the second round of Licheng land survey （2008）, and using the software of MAPGIS, this paper analyzes the dynamic expansion evolution of rural settlements land quantitatively from 1996 to 2008 of Licheng district. The results show that the rural residential land area increases by 3426.35 hm2- from 1996 to 2008. The rural residential land area increases by 285.53 hm2- each year and the rural residential land expansion speed is higher; The per-capita rural residential land area increases from 158.83 hm2/person in 1996 to 206.78 hm2/person in 2008 and the degree for land intensivism of rural residential land is very low; The rural residential land is regionally different. The increase of rural residential land area focuses on 6 towns of Guodian, Yaoqiang, Dongjia, Ganggou, Liubu, Zhonggong. Under the influence of urban expansion,the rural residential land area in Suncun, Huashan and Hongjialou is reduced. The reasons of land are analysed briefly, and possible measures are put forward.
