摘  要:为了降低410 t/h电站煤粉锅炉的NO_x排放,在实炉上进行了热态试验,在最上层二次风喷口的上方装设了分离式燃尽风(SOFA)喷口。试验结果表明,投入分离式燃尽风SOFA后,炉内形成了良好的空气分级燃烧工况,显著降低了NO_x的排放浓度,最高降低了43.4%。二次风缩腰型配风方式相较于宝塔型配风方式,更有利于降低NO_x排放浓度。另外,投入燃尽风后,经过燃烧调整主蒸汽温度的变化可控制在3℃以内,锅炉排烟温度变化不明显,因此,燃尽风对机组运行影响不大,可充分保持锅炉机组原有的其它性能的稳定性。实炉尺度的热态试验数据为同类型的低NO_x燃烧技术提供了重要的工程实践依据。In order to decrease the NOx emissions in a 410 t/h power plant located in Xin Jiang, a hotstate experiment was conducted on the boiler and separated over fire air(SOFA) nozzles were installed above the top secondary air nozzles. It was indicted in the experiment that appropriate aerodynamic field was established after the application of SOFA and the NO,, emissions decreased apparently up to 43.4%. Meanwhile, the constricted air distribution mode was proved more etficient for the NO,, reduction in comparison with the pagoda type air distribution mode. Besides, the temperature of the main steam could be constrained within the range of ±3℃ by the combustion adjustment and exhaust gas temperature was kept nearly unchanged during the experiment. Therefore, the influence of SOFA on the unit operation was negligible and the stability of other operation performance could be achieved. The experimental data could be used as valuable engineering experience for the same kind of low NO,, combustion technology.
