摘 要:对某型号客运列车首先进行谐响应分析,确定车体结构在作用0 Hz~100 Hz简谐载荷时的响应特性,得出与乘客乘座舒适性直接相关的车体部位的响应值与频率的关系曲线,将其与人体各部位或系统的固有频率对比后得出人体在M车车体结构受简谐载荷时的固有振动特性的敏感程度。然后以轨道轨距不平顺为例,对M车进行随机振动(PSD)分析,预测车体在受到基础激励的实际运行过程中结构响应情况,分析车体运行时影响乘客乘座舒适性的主要频率范围及原因。Firstly, using harmonic response analysis theroy to analyze motor coach of a CRH, the body structure harmonic response characteristics in the range of 0 Hz -100Hz were gotten. And the response value and the frequency response curve relating to the passengers' traveling comfort were obtained, the human body inherent sensitivity to the motor coach vibration characteristics frequency bands under the harmonic load was gotten after comparing the natural frequencies of the motor coach with those of different parts or the whole body of a human. Then, using track irregularity as an example, the random vibration of the motor coach was analyzed to predict the structural response under the excitation of the base in the actual operating condition, and the frequency ranges and the reasons affecting passengers traveling comfort in the actual running condition were discussed.
