金华产三棱中总黄酮的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:测定金华产三棱药材中总黄酮的含量,为制定合理的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用60%的乙醇提取三棱中的总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定总黄酮含量,并且比较了不同产地三棱中的总黄酮含量。结果:平均加样回收率为99.55%,RSD%为1.08%。金华产三棱总黄酮的含量最高为0.81%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于三棱中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective： To determine the total flavonoids of rhizoma sparganii producted by Jinhua,to provide a reasonable basis for the development of quality standards.Methods： using 60% ethanol extract the total flavonoids of rhizoma sparganii,rutin as reference substance,determination of total flavonoid content by sodium nitrite-aluminium nitrate colorimetry,and compared rhizoma sparganii producted in different areas.Results： The average recovery was 99.55%,RSD%1.08%.The highest content of total flavonoids rhizoma sparganii producted by Jinhua was 0.81%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for total flavonoids-Determination of rhizoma sparganii.
