白蔹正丁醇提取物抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:体外检测中药白蔹正丁醇提取物的抗菌作用。方法:采用琼脂平板扩散法定性和体外药基法定量检测提取物抗菌活性,同时分析不同浓度白蔹正丁醇提取物抗菌的量效反应关系。结果:白蔹正丁醇提取物的M IC值为2.5mg/mL,浓度和抗菌有量效反应关系。结论:白蔹正丁醇提取物有一定的抗菌作用。AIM ： Investigate the antibacterial effects of n-BuOH extract from Ampelopsis japonica. Methods： the agar well diffusion method and doubling dilution method, analyzing the quantity-effect relationship of different concentration of the n-BuOH extract. Results： the MIC of n-BuOH extract from Ampelopsis japonica is 2. 5 mg/ mL, there is a dose-effect relationship between the concentration of n-BuOH extract and the antibacterial activity, n-BuOH extract of Ampelopsis japonica has a certain antibacterial activity.
