摘  要:根据钢铁行业的特点,结合马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司信息化系统整体架构和集成方案的设计,对马钢信息化L3与L4系统集成方案进行分析。集成方案本着一体化设计原则,保证系统业务逻辑清楚和流程顺畅,并能减少数据的传输量。本文从企业资源计划(ERP)系统产品成本核算与生产订单处理的关系、物流信息实时性、计产原则等角度出发,对ERP系统集成中需要关注的问题进行分析,提出ERP系统集成中需要重点关注跨期订单的处理方式、产品入库判定方式、质量损失成本处理、大宗原燃料的水分处理以及内部物料调拨方式等。马钢信息化系统正式运行以来,公司建立了完整的标准成本核算体系和高度集成的产销体系衔接运作流程,生产组织效率明显提高,库存和资金占用大幅降低,推进了向扁平化流程管理的转变进程。In accordance with the characteristics of steel industry and structural design and integration scheme of Magang information system, the function allocated for L3 and L4 of the system is analyzed in this paper. The scheme is based on principle of integral system design to ensure clearly defined busi- ness rules and processes, while reducing communication data flow. On the basis of the relation between production cost calculation and production orders processing in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, the real time requirement of logistics information and the principle of productive output method, this paper puts forward the key issues concerned with the system integration, and proposes the method of cross-month production orders handling, product decision pattern, quality loss cost treatment, rate of water content of raw materials and the internal material transferring modes. Since practical operation of the Magang information system, a complete standard cost accounting system and highly integrated production and distribution system operation flow have been established, which makes the stock and cost reduced and efficiency of production organization improved significantly, as well stimulates the evolution to the flat management in Magang.
