摘  要:针对热轧带钢地下卷取机在卷钢过程中出现的诸如带钢拉窄、失张、起套、塔形等卷形不良问题,对卷取机夹送辊转矩控制功能进行研究,提出夹送辊转矩控制方法,对夹送辊的转矩进行了分解,得到张力转矩、弯曲转矩、摩擦转矩和加减速转矩,并对上述分量进行详细计算。对卷筒控制转换到夹送辊控制的转换过程进行了分析,对转换过程中夹送辊转矩进行了计算,对带钢尾部卷取时夹送辊转矩控制进行了单独考虑,实现了夹送辊负转矩控制技术,有效解决了带钢张力波动导致的卷形不良问题,达到了理想的控制效果。该技术在Simatic TDC与GE PAC系统上均得以实现,具有很好的参考价值,值得推广。Tensile narrowing of strip, loosing tension, strip wave, coil telescoping, etc. are the problems encountered during the coiling process of hot strip mill down coiler. Based on the investigation on the function of the pinch roll torque control of down coiler, a torque control method is proposed, in which the pinch roll torque is decomposed into tension torque, bending torque, friction torque, and acceleration/deceleration torque, and calculated separately according to the equations that are presented in the paper. Switching process of strip tension control from mandrel to pinch roll is analyzed, and pinch roll torque during the switching process is calculated. For the strip tail end coiling the corresponding pinch roll torque control is considered separately. The proposed method is implemented on both Simatic TDC and GE PAC systems, negative torque control of pinch roll is realized and the poor coil shape problem caused by strip tension fluctuation is effectively solved.
