摘　　要：快速曲面重建是逆向工程软件系统的重要发展趋势。通过点云生成CAD曲面的流程,分析了快速曲面重建系统的典型代表Geomagic Studio软件的设计思路和应用特点。重点通过实例对其曲面阶段的形状和制作模块下3种不同的处理流程进行分析,总结了基于Geomagic Studio的快速曲面重建的主要特点,并提出其应用前景。Rapid surfacing reconstruction is the most important direction of the reverse engineering software. The modeling flow and application characteristics of the Geomagic Studio software are analyzed through the process of point cloud to CAD model, the Geomagic Studio software, which is a typical rapid surfacing system. The different three ways of dealing processes in shape and fashion module in the surface phase are investigated thoroughly through ease studies. And the main characteristics of rapid surfacing based on Geomagic Studio software are summarized. Finally the application perspectives of reverse engineering on mould industry are pointed out.
