摘　　要：基于面向服务的体系架构(SOA)这一当前企业信息化建设的热点,探讨了SOA中服务的概念与特点,通过对某企业零/部件采购服务设计的举例描述,重点讨论了服务设计的过程及方法,包括服务模型的建立和服务接口的设计,为进一步设计面向服务的体系架构奠定了基础。Based on the construction of Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） , which attracts more and more attention recently, probes concept and characteristics of service in the SOA. Through the example of the service design procedures of the procurement of parts and materials in the enterprise, points to the method and process of the service design, including setting up service models and the design of service interfaces. The essay makes foundation to further design the service oriented architecture.
