摘 要:针对塑窗型材切削加工工艺特点,优选影响型材加工的主要因素,设计试验方案,使用Kistler9275B测力系统测量并记录在不同参数组合下的切削力,使用正交试验方法分析试验数据,得到进给速度、切削宽度和冷却风强度对型材切削力的影响规律,并找出进给速度、切削宽度和冷却风强度的最佳组合。结果表明,在保证加工质量前提下,切削宽度对切削力影响最大,用压缩空气作为冷却介质,能较好地控制切削温度。Aiming at the cutting process feature of plastic profiles, the principal factors that effect profile processing are optimal selected and the experiments are designed. The cutting force in different parameters combinations is measured using Kistler9275B force measurement system. The influence law of feeding speed, cutting width and the cooling wind intensity to plastic profile's cut- ting force is find, and further analyse the best combination of feeding speed, cutting width and cooling wind strength. Based on the experiments and data analysis, the experimental data is organized and improved. The result showed that cutting width is the greatest impact factor of cutting force under the premise of guaranteeing quality. Using compressed air as cooling medium can control cutting temperature well.
