甲基强的松龙注射液联合硫酸镁注射液治疗重症支气管哮喘临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察甲基强的松龙注射液和硫酸镁注射液治疗重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将重症哮喘病人随机分为两组,对照组静脉应用甲基强的松龙40mg,每8h注射1次,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用25%硫酸镁注射液20ml/d(静滴)。观察两组病人的临床疗效、显效时间、及治疗前后最大呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)的变化。结果 3d后两组总有效率分别为62.50%、82.50%,治疗组优于对照组,有差异性(P<0.05);两组治疗前后最大呼气流量、用力肺活量、一秒钟用力呼气容积差异有显著性(对照组P<0.05或P<0.01,治疗组P<0.01),治疗组治疗效果与对照组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论甲基强的松龙注射液联合硫酸镁注射液治疗重症支气管哮喘,可提高疗效。Objective To observe methyl-prednisone injection and magnesium sulfate injection treatments for severe bronchial asthma.Methods The critical patients with asthma were randomly divided into two groups in intravenously methyl-prednisone,each 40mg 8h injection times in treatment group and control group combined with 25% 20ml/d（magnesium sulfate injection static drops）.Observe the curative effect of two groups of patients got time,and treatment,and maximum expiratory flow（PEF） and forced vital capacity（FVC）,a second（FEV1）.Results The total effective rate of two groups in three days 82.50%,respectively,data in treatment group than in control group,there is difference（P 0.05）.Both before and after the treatment group＇s expiratory flow,forced vital capacity,a second forced expiratory volume control group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）,the treatment group（P 0.01）,the treatment group therapy effect compared with controls also have significant difference（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion Methyl-prednisone injection joint magnesium sulfate injection treatments for severe bronchus asthma,can enhance the curative effect.
