708例艾滋病住院患者中医证治分析

摘　　要：目的基于4年的住院艾滋病患者病历资料,分析该类患者的中医证治特点。方法收集2004~2008年的住院艾滋病患者病历,建立病历基本信息提取表,内容包括人口学信息、诊断治疗和中医证治等信息,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果纳入708例住院艾滋病患者,主要机会性感染中呼吸系统占39.9%、消化系统占33.0%、神经系统占7.1%;中医辨证中虚证占50.0%、实证占28.3%、虚实夹杂占21.7%;使用较多的方剂有参苓白术散、四神丸、生脉散等;使用频次最高的中药依次为甘草、参类、茯苓等。全部使用中西医联合的治疗方法,治疗好转率50.8%。结论住院艾滋病患者机会性感染多样,中医证候以虚证为主,中西医联合治疗疗效需待提高。Objective To analyze the characteristics of TCM treatment for the hospitalized AIDS patients based on four-year medical records.Methods The records of hospitalized AIDS patients from year 2004 to 2008 were collected with the messages including demography,diagnosis,and treatment extracted to establish a basic information table,and the result was processed with SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis.Results Of the 708 patients included,respiratory system disease was 39.9%,digestive system disease occupied 33.0%,and neural system disease took 7.1% of the main opportunistic infections;in the TCM syndrome differentiation,deficiency syndrome was 50%,excess syndrome occupied 28.3%,and complicated syndrome with both deficiency and excess took 21.7%.The frequently used herbal formulas were Shenling Baizhu San（Powder of Ginseng,Poria and White Atractylodes Rhizome）,Sishen Wan（Pill of Four Miraculous Herbs）,and Shengmai San（Pulse-activating Powder）,etc.The frequently prescribed herbs were Gancao（甘草Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）,Renshen（人参Radix Ginseng）,and Fuling（茯苓Poria）, etc.All patients were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine and the improvement rate was 50.8%.Conclusion The opportunistic infections of these patients are of various types.They are mainly in deficiency syndromes in TCM.The therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine for AIDS needs to be improved.
