膏摩疗法治疗急性软组织损伤32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察膏摩疗法治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法将63例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例,治疗组给予摩膏疗法,对照组给予扶他林外涂治疗,两组均治疗7天。观察两组治疗前后软组织症状及功能活动综合评分情况,包括损伤局部的疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍及总分5个项目。结果两组患者治疗后损伤局部的疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组在肿胀、功能障碍及总分方面的差值比较与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论膏摩疗法可以有效地改善急性软组织损伤的临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of herbal ointment massage therapy on the acute soft tissue injury.Methods Sixty-three patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomized into a treatment group treated by massage with herbal ointment and a control group treated by Votalin emulsion for seven days.The changes in local pain,swelling,and dysfunction of affected areas of both groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results After treatment,the local pain,swelling,tenderness,and dysfunction of affected areas of both groups were all significantly improved（P0.01）,whilst the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving swelling and dysfunction（P0.01）.Conclusion The herbal ointment massage therapy effectively improves the clinical symptoms of acute soft tissue injury.
