摘 要:目的探索了不同来源、不同分子量的海洋硫酸多糖对脂肪肝大鼠脂肪代谢的调节作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为7组,正常对照组、脂肪肝模型对照组、0.1%低分子量海参岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组、0.1%海参岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组、0.2%海参岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组、0.2%海藻岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组、0.2%海参硫酸软骨素组,每组6只。饲料中添加1%乳清酸建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,不同性质海洋硫酸多糖按所给剂量添加于饲料中,连续喂养14d。称量大鼠体重、肝脏、肾脏以及内脏脂肪重量;分别测定大鼠肝脏TC、TG含量。结果结果显示,各种硫酸多糖不影响大鼠正常生长且均可显著降低肝脏TC水平(P<0.01),海藻岩藻聚糖硫酸酯和低分子量海参岩藻聚糖硫酸酯可显著降低肝脏TG水平(P<0.05)。结论海洋硫酸多糖对脂肪肝具有预防和改善效果,在膳食调节脂质代谢方面有较大的应用价值。Objective To observe the effects of the different sources and molecular weights of marine sulfated polysaccharides on fatty liver in rats.Methods Forty two male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:normal control group,fatty liver model group,0.1% low molecular weight sea cucumber fucoidan group,0.1% sea cucumbers fucoidan group,0.2% sea cucumbers fucoidan group,0.2% seaweed fucoidan group and 0.2% sea cucumber chondroitin sulfate group.In order to establish fatty liver model,1% orotic acid was added to the AIN-76 diet,while the samples were given at different doses for 14 days.Body weight,liver and kidney weight,visceral fat as well as hepatic lipids concentrations(TC,TG) were measured.Results The various sulfated polysaccharides did not affect the growth of rats and could significantly reduce the hepatic TC levels(P0.01),seaweeds fucoidan and low molecular weight sea cucumber fucoidan could significantly reduce the hepatic TG levels(P0.05).Conclusion The results showed that the marine sulfated polysaccharides have protective and improve effect on fatty liver and have a great applicable value in regulating lipid metabolism.
