摘 要:地区电网运行风险的客观定量评估可有效地探明电网薄弱环节,对电网运行维护具有重要意义。从节点失压与支路过载造成负荷损失的角度,定义了运行风险指标体系。在充分计及电网继电保护与备用电源自动投入装置动作、调度员切负荷操作等因素对电网运行风险影响的基础上,提出了计及电网变化过程的地区电网运行风险评估方法。以深圳电网典型运行方式为算例,证明了所提出方法的实用性和可操作性。Assessing the operational risk of a regional power grid objectively and quantitatively can help effectively locate the weakness of the power grid, which is of great practical significance for the operation and maintenance of the grid. From the point of view of load loss due to node voltag^loss and branch overload, an operational risk index system is defined. By taking into full account the impact of various factors on the operational risk, such as the action of protection, busbar automatic transfer switch, and dispatchers' load-shedding, a novel operational risk assessment of regional power grid considering the developing process is presented. The numerical results of Shenzhen grid typical operation mode demonstrate the practicability and maneuverability of the approach proposed.
