摘　　要：简述Cr12型钢的材料特性,对Cr12型钢制若干常见冷作模具的失效案例进行分析和讨论,探讨在当前生产环境下Cr12型钢制冷作模具常见失效形式的一些主要应对方法。选用真正优质的钢材、规范的模坯锻造加工、完善的热处理生产规范等是相当重要的环节。Material characteristic of Cr12 type steel was briefly described,and several failure cases of Cr12 type steel cold work dies were analyzed and discussed.Some responding methods of the common failure modes for Cr12 type steel cold work dies in the current production conditions were explored.The selection of the real quality steels,the normalization of forging process of die blank,and the normalization of heat treatment process etc,are very important link.
