摘 要:目的:考查虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以白藜芦醇提取率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取温度、提取时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:以加水量为药材量的20倍,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为每次12h,为虎杖白藜芦醇最佳提取工艺。结论:优选出的最佳工艺条件,经验证其结果稳定,方法可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction procedure for resveratrol of Polygonum cuspidatum. METHODS The extraction technique was designed by orthogonal design, taking resveratrol extraction rate as indicators, and exploring the in- fluence of factors such as the yield of solids extracted, extraction temperature, extraction time and so on. RESULTS The optimum condition of extraction process was that the crude herb powder was decocted in20-fold water,at temperature of 60 ℃, 12 h each time. CONCLUSION The repeated experimental results are stable, and the method is feasible.
