摘 要:针对目前空气螺杆钻具的核心部件——螺杆衬套副仍采用液动螺杆钻具的等导程、等横截面结构,在工作过程中会加速衬套橡胶老化,缩短螺杆钻具寿命等问题,设计了阶梯形变容积螺杆衬套副,并进行了算例设计。计算结果表明,螺杆钻具从入口端至出口端等效应力、接触应力逐渐加大;衬套副等效应力、接触应力随着过盈量的增大而增大。螺杆衬套副磨损量随着过盈量的增大而增大,但过盈量越小,密封效果也随之变差,一般取过盈量为0.5 mm。可通过改变衬套副几何尺寸来改变输出特性参数,从而适应不同钻头及不同地质条件的要求。In light of the problem that the screw bushing pair, the key component part of the current air screw drills, still adopted the structure of the hydraulic screw drill with an equivalent lead and an equally lateral section and thus the aging of the bushing rubber was sped up to shorten the tool’s service life in the process of operation, the stepped variable volume screw bushing pair was designed and the calculation was made. The calculation result showed that the equivalent stress and contact stress of the tool increased gradually from the entry end to the exit end. The equivalent stress and contact stress of the bushing pair increased with the increase of interference. The wear loss of the screw bushing pair increased with the increase of interference, but as the interference decreased, the sealing effect got worse. Generally, the interference was set as 0.5 mm. The output characteristic parameter can be modified by changing the dimensions of the bushing pair so as to meet the requirements of different drill bits and different geological conditions.
