摘 要:在油气田勘探开发过程中,一些深井、超深井、定向井和水平井等常常因为层间窜、管外窜、边底水锥进等原因造成含水过高而不能正常生产。为此,研制了新型挤注式桥塞。该挤注式桥塞将坐封和挤封机构设计为一体,采用1趟管柱下入完成工具坐封和挤注2项作业,具有防中途坐封、承压高、密封可靠、抗硫化氢和可钻性好等特点,缩短了施工时间,降低了施工成本和风险。以该工具为核心的管柱进行封窜、封堵等作业,可以有效地提高油气井单井产量。现场应用该桥塞300余井次,成功率98%以上,最大下深5463 m,收到了较好的应用效果。In the process of exploration and development of oil-gasfields, some deep wells, superdeep wells, directional wells and horizontal wells could not carry out their normal production due to the high water content caused by interzonal and external cross-flow and edge-bottom water coning. Therefore, a new type of squeeze bridge plug was developed. The plug integrated the setting and squeezing mechanisms, adopting one-trip running to complete the operations of setting and squeezing. It was characterized by prevention of mid-way setting, high pressure resistance, reliable sealing, hydrogen sulfide resistance and good drillability, thus shortening the time-period of construction and reducing the construction costs and risks. The channeling blocking and plugging of the pipestring with this tool as the key part could effectively improve the single-well production. The field application of the plug over 300 well-times reached a success rate of over 98%, with the maximum setting depth of 5,463 m.
