摘  要:针对锅炉水冷壁金属管壁温度的波动与水冷壁管横向裂纹失效,以 S G1000 和 H G2008 锅炉水冷壁壁温测量试验的结果为对象,根据不同的管壁温度波动特点,结合炉内、锅内传热分析,提出了不同的壁温波动原因:炉内不稳定结渣的脱落造成了 H G2008 控制循环锅炉水冷壁壁温的波动;蒸干传热恶化导致 S H1000直流锅炉水冷壁壁温的波动.Temperature fluctuating of tube walls is one of the most important causes for transverse cracking failure in water walls of boilers. The results of tests in situ measured on SG1000 and HG2008 boilers showed that the temperatures in both boilers fluctuated with different patterns. According to the characteristics of temperature fluctuating and heat transfer in the boilers, the main causes for temperature fluctuating were pointed out. For HG2008 boiler, the main cause was the shedding of unstable slag, temperature fluctuated with zigzag features and was innocent of water flow quantity. In terms of SG1000 boiler, the NDB in tube was the main cause, temperature fluctuated irregularly, and water flow quantity had significant effects.
