摘　　要：首都图书馆二期工程建筑功能较多,结构较为复杂,平面为L形,凹角处附带钢结构主中庭,其立面为玻璃幕墙,采用索结构。这种中庭在许多大型公共建筑中都有应用,跨度较大,连接在主体建筑物上或者作为主体的一部分存在,随主体结构一起变形并承受荷载,建筑物附带大中庭可以充分采光,建筑效果良好。The Local Chronicles Hall in Capital City Library is a multifunctional L-shaped building.At the concave part of ‘L’,there is a large steel structure atrium,which has glass curtain wall with cable supporting structures.This kind of atrium is applied in many large public buildings and has a large span usually.It is connected with the main building or exists as a part of the main,and deforms together with the main structure under load.The atrium is full natural illumination.The structural design of the atrium was studied,the detail construction of jonts was developed.
