Quox-1基因同源序列在豚鼠精子形成中的表达

摘　　要：以地高辛标记的 Ｑｕｏｘ１ 基因ｃ Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 的ｃ３ 片段为探针，与豚鼠基因组 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 作 Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ 杂交，结果表明，在豚鼠基因组中存在 Ｑｕｏｘ１ 基因同源序列以抗 Ｑ Ｕ Ｏ Ｘ１ 蛋白的特异性抗体对成年豚鼠睾丸、附睾和幼年豚鼠睾丸的组织切片进行免疫组织化学分析，发现在豚鼠精子发生中精子细胞分化为精子阶段有类 Ｑ Ｕ Ｏ Ｘ１ 蛋白表达，提示 Ｑｕｏｘ１Quox 1 gene is isolated from quail and belongs to Antp family.By using the Dig labeled c3 fragment of Quox 1 cDNA as a probe,we confirmed that there is the Quox 1 gene homologous sequence in Cavia procellus genome according to the results of Southern blot. The results of detection on sections of Cavia procellus young testis, adult testis and epididymis by immunological histochemistry techniques with QUOX 1 protein antiserum showed that QUOX 1 like protein (the QUOX 1 protein homologue in Cavia procellus ) was specifically expressed in spermiogenesis stage (the stage from elongating spermatid to spermatozoon) during spermatogenesis of Cavia porcellus . Probable roles in regulation control of Quox 1 gene homologous sequence during spermiologenesis were discussed.
