摘 要:目的明确开放性骨折创面细菌种类、数量及来源。方法随机对160个开放性骨折创面组织4~6次不同时间采集的细菌种类及细菌数量进行检测。结果确定了开放性骨折治疗过程中对骨折创面细菌种类及数量的影响,开放性骨折创面病原菌污染主要是在院内获得的。常见菌种为铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌等革兰阴性菌,革兰阳性菌主要为表皮葡萄球菌。结论开放性骨折创面细菌污染主要来源于医院内环境。OBJECTIVE To determinate the kinds, counts and origins of bacteria in open fracture wounds. METHODS In randomly selected 160 open fracture wounds, bacteria were tested qualitatively and quantatitively for 4~6 times in different time points during the patients were treated in the hospital. RESULTS The kinds and counts of circumstance bacteria in open fracture wounds were inveshigated and the effacts of bacteria on the course of fracture treatement were also observed. Gram negative organisms including Pseudomonas and Enterobacteria were the most common strains, while the most common Gram positive organisms were Stephytoxoccus epidermidis. CONCLUSIONS Bacteria contamination in open fracture wounds may be manly hospital aquired and the common bacterio flora is Gram negtive organisms.
