摘　　要：文章主要通过文献研究、座谈会访谈和问卷调查等方法,进行传统医学师承及确有专长人员执业现状的分析,并了解其对执业立法的诉求,探讨目前该类人员执业管理中存在的问题,试图提出符合该类人员自身特点的、有利于中医药事业发展的立法建议。The status of traditional disciples and specialized staffs practicing was analyzed by literature review ,forum interview and questionnaire. Their appeal for practice legislation was studied. And the current problems in managing the practice were explored. Based on which, legislative suggestions suitable for their characteristic were put forward to promote the development of Chinese Medicine.
