摘 要:应用内循环好氧生物流化床对CODCr和NH3-N质量浓度分别为350—580mg/L和7-12mg/L的甘蔗制糖废水进行处理。以人工合成的高分子颗粒作生物膜载体,通过改变空气流量和水力停留时间,考察不同操作条件下对不同浓度废水的COD。和NH3-N去除效果。试验表明,在进气量为40L/h、水力停留时间为3-4h的条件下,CODCr和NH3-N的平均去除率分别为90.7%和86.5%,出水CODCr和NH3-N稳定在60mg/L和2ms/L以下,表明采用内循环好氧生物流化床处理糖业废水具有良好的效果.为糖业废水的高效处理提供了一种新方法。The internal-circulation aerobic bio-fluidized bed has been used for treating the wastewater from a canesugar refinery. The concentrations of CODe, and NH3-N applied are 350-580 mg/L and 7-12 mg/L, respectively. Biological carriers are synthetic polymer particles. By means of changing the air flow rate and hydraulic residence time, the average removal rate of CODcr and NH3-N of the wastewater with different concentrations under differential operation conditions are investigated. The results show that when the inlet air flow rate is 40 L/h and hydraulic residence time 3-4 h,the CODe, and NH3-N average removal rates are 90.7% and 86.5% ,respectively. The effluent COD and NH3-N stay lower than 60 mg/L and 2 mg/L. It indicates that the internal-circulation aerobic bio-fluidized bed is effective for treating sugar refinery wastewater with moderate concentrations of CODc, and NH3-N. It provides a new and highly efficient method for sugar refinery wastewater treatment.
