摘 要:为了评价工业循环水系统常用的投水置换除油法对环境的影响并推算其耗水量和成本,在流量(R)为1 500 L/h的模拟装置中研究了系统COD与投水置换时间的关系,比较了除去和保留水面浮油的区别,考察了耗水量、排污量与投水流量的关系。以R为3万t/h系统为例,若投水流量为3万t/h,耗水量为6万t,则运行成本为24.78万元;若投水流量为1万t/h,则节水1万t的同时减少排污1万t,运行成本可节省4.13万元。To evaluate the effect o f displacing oil from industrial circulating cooling water by filling on the environment, and calculate its water consumption and costs, the relationship between the COD in system and the time of displacing by filling has been studied in a simulated equipment whose circulating water flow (R) is 1 500 L/h. The difference between keeping and removing oil slick is compared. The relationship between the quantities of water consumed and wastewater discharged with the water filling quantity is investigated. Take the system scale of 30 000 t/h as an example,when the water filling quantity is 30 000 t/h, and the quantities of water comsumed is 60 000 t,the cost is CNY 247 800. When the water filling quantity is 10 000 t/h, 10 000 t of water can be saved, 10 000 t of pollution discharge can be lessened and CNY 41 300 can be reduced.
