开展高校图书馆志愿者服务的新思路

摘　　要：目前我国高校图书馆在开展志愿者服务方面处于摸索阶段,有关志愿者的引入、运作、管理及保障机制等问题都还有待于完善。本文论述了志愿者服务中的不足之处,并结合温州医学院图书馆引入志愿者活动取得的较好效果,提出了网络环境下志愿者服务的新思路。The volunteer service of university library is still at the exploratory stage.The introduction,operation,management and security system of volunteers need to be improved.This paper discusses what left much to be desired in volunteer service,based on the good effect what the Wenzhou Medical College has succeeded in volunteer service,and puts forward the novel idea for volunteer service under the internet network.
