我国省域高新技术产业竞争力评价

摘　　要：高新技术产业是国民经济的战略性先导产业,已成为各国和地区经济社会发展的战略重点。选取了高新技术产业从业人员数等12项指标,构建了高新技术产业竞争力评价指标体系,并利用因子分析法和聚类分析法对我国省域高新技术产业竞争力进行了综合评价与分类,并结合地区实际情况对省域高新技术产业竞争力进行了系统分析。最后,根据实证分析结论,有针对性地提出有利于我国省域高新技术产业竞争力提升的政策建议。High - tech industry, is a leading strategic industry of a national economy, which has become a strategic focus of national and regional economic. This paper chooses 12 indicators to establish a high - tech industry, competitiveness evalua- tion index system , such as employees, using factor analysis and cluster analysis to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and classification on the competitiveness of the province - level high - tech industry in 200g, and analyzing the competitiveness of the province - level high - tech indust~ combined with local conditions. Finally, based on the empirical analysis conclu- sions, the paper recommends a number of policy recommendations on the competitiveness of the province - level high - tech industry.
