海洛因依赖者不同滥用方式对心血管功能影响的临床检测与分析

摘　　要：目的··：本文通过对海洛因依赖者的检测，研究了不同滥用方式对心血管功能的影响。方法··：利用ＣＰＡ－２分析仪，对心脏收缩功能、舒张功能、左室收缩时间间期和血管功能等内容进行了检测。结果··：给出了ＳＶ、ＳＩ、ＬＶＥＴ、ＨＩ、ＴＰＲ和ＡＣ等指标的检测结果。结论··：肌肉注射、静脉注射海洛因对心血管功能的损害明显大于香烟、烫吸方式。Through inspection to the heroin addicts, the influences of different abusing modes on cardiovascular function are studied. With CPA-2 cardiovascular analyzer, the cardiac systole function, cardiac diastole function, left ventricular time interval, and vascular function have been detected. The results of the index parameters, such as SV, SI, LVET, HI, TPR and AC, are presented. The result analysis shows that the intramuscular or intravenous injecting mode causes more serious damage on the cardiovascular function than the smoking mode.
