百色地区海洛因依赖者尿吗啡检测分析

摘　　要：目的··：分析检测百色地区１９９６－１９９７年海洛因依赖者尿液吗啡含量。方法··：放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）和Ｖｉｓｕａｌｉｎｅ－Ⅱ尿液检测盒（Ｖ－Ⅱ）法。结果··：男女海洛因依赖者尿吗啡含量分别为８１５．３６ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１±ｓ２１６．１５ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１和５１２．１５ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１±ｓ２１１．２６ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１；Ｖ－Ⅱ法均呈阳性反应，符合率为１００％。正常对照组男女尿吗啡含量分别为２６．８１ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１±ｓ１１．２８ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１和３１．５２ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１±ｓ１２．３６ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１，接近国内确定的临界值（＜３０ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１）；Ｖ－Ⅱ法均呈阴性反应。结论··：海洛因依赖者尿吗啡含量显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲＩＡ法和Ｖ－Ⅱ法可用于监测人群中阿片类药物滥用者。Objective: To test and analyse the urinary samples collected for morphine test from 102 heroin dependent patients (male 82, female 20) treated from 1996-1997 in Baise District, and compare with those of the normal (male 70, female 30). Method: Use radioimmunoassay (RIA) and visualine-Ⅱ(V-Ⅱ) methods. Result: The morphine contents in the urine of heroin dependent patients were 815.36 ng·ml-1±s 216.15 ng·ml-1(male), 512.15 ng·ml-1±s 211.26 ng·ml-1 (female); visualine-Ⅱ(V-Ⅱ)test showed positive response, the positive rate was 100%; the morphine contents in the urine of the normal control group were 26.81 ng·ml-1±s 11.28 ng·ml-1 (males), 31.52 ng·ml-1±s 12.36 ng·ml-1 (female), which were close to the national criterion value (<30 ng·ml-1); visualine-Ⅱ test showed negative response. Conclusion: Morphine contents in the urine of heroin dependent patients were much more than those of the normal control group and RIA and V-Ⅱ were useful techniques for detecting heroin abusers from the crowd.
