摘　　要：[目的]了解灾区板房卫生院医院感染管理状况,为提出预防控制措施提供参考。[方法]采取问卷调查、抽样检测的方法,对13所板房卫生院的院感管理现状和消毒灭菌效果进行调查。[结果]灾区板房卫生院缺乏院感管理组织和人员的占23%,发热门诊一房多用的占69.2%,消毒供应室、发热门诊布局流程合格率为0,且近1/3无流动水洗手设施,医疗废物管理不规范,空气监测合格率仅15.4%。[结论]灾区板房卫生院院感管理问题较为突出,应进一步强化人员防控意识和能力、推行手卫生措施、规范医疗废物管理、加强指导和监管,并在今后的灾区板房医院建设中重视前期规划和卫生学评估、充分整合卫生资源。[Objective]To investigate the management status of board room hospital infection in disaster areas and provide a reference of proposing its prevention and control measures.[Methods]The management status and effects of disinfection and sterilization were investigated in 13 board room hospitals,by questionnaire survey and sampling method.[Results]23% of board room hospitals lacked of management organization personnel.69.2% of fever clinics took multi-purpose rooms.None of the layout process of sterile supply room or fever clinics was up to standards,and 1/3 of which didn＇t have flowing water hand-washing facility and their medical waste management was not standardized,and air monitoring compliance rate was only 15.4%.[Conclusion]The management issues of board room hospital infection in disaster areas are prominent.Further strengthen the awareness and ability of prevention and control personnel,implement hand hygiene measures,and standardize medical waste management.Strengthen supervision and regulation of the main guide,and pay attention to the early planning and hygiene assessment in the future construction board room hospital,fully integrated health resources.
