摘　　要：[目的]探索针对MSM人群在开展艾滋病行为干预中如何确定和利用IEC信息。[方法]对291名男男性行为者进行问卷调查,根据知晓率和影响率建立干预指数模型。[结果]8个艾滋病相关知识/信息条目的干预信息指数(IECI)≥20.0,12个条目的IECI﹤10.0;知识类的条目中低IECI比例为58.8%,而信息类条目中的高IEC比例为62.5%。[结论]IECI可以反映艾滋病干预中信息需求的强度,建议采用IECI筛选艾滋病行为干预有效知识/信息,采用高IECI的8个条目在成都MSM人群中开发IEC材料并开展预防干预活动。[Objective]To research how to select and utilize the HIV/AIDS IEC information for MSM.[Methods]291 MSM was selected to investigated with questionnaires.The creation of the IECI model was based on knowledge rate and affection rate.[Results]IECI of 8 AIDS related knowledge/information items were more than 20.0,IECI of another 12 AIDS related knowledge/information items were less than 10.0.The proportion of knowledge/information items whose IECI were low in the knowledge category was 58.8% and the proportion of knowledge/information whose IECI were high in the information category was 62.5%.[Conclusion]IECI reflexes the degree of informational requirement of AIDS intervention.The study suggests to using IECE to select effective information of AIDS behavioral intervention and using 8 items whose IECI are high to carry out intervention among MSM in Chengdu.
