摘 要:[目的]探讨高龄老年人获得性肺炎的病原菌分布及耐药情况。[方法]对我院2006.5~2010.5收治的患有获得性肺炎的高龄老年患者进行回顾性分析。[结果]从医院获得性肺炎高龄老年患者痰标本中分离出374株病原菌其中G-杆菌为71.66%,G+球菌占6.15%,真菌占22.19%;从社区获得性肺炎高龄老年患者痰标本中共分离出374株病原菌,其中G-杆菌占46.98%,G+球菌占44.65%,真菌占8.37%,其病原菌分布差异有统计学意义。两者对常规抗菌药的敏感性差异有统计学意义。[结论]高龄老年人获得性肺炎的病原菌主要为G-杆菌,其次为G+球菌和真菌,且CAP致病菌耐药性低于HAP致病菌耐药性。[Objective]To study the pathogenic bacteria and its drug resistance of hospital acquired pneumonia(HAP)and community acquired pneumonia(CAP)for Veryelderlypersons.[Methods]Retrospective study was conducted in Veryelderlypersons of HAP and CAP in our hospital from May.2006 to May.2010,and we analyzed the pathogenic bacteria and its drug resistance of of HAP and CAP.[Results]374 strains pathogenic bacteria were separated from Sputum specimen of HAP for Veryelderlypersons,gram-negative bacterium(G-)was accounted for 71.66%,gram-positive bacterium(G+)was accounted for 6.15%,funji was accounted for 22.19%;374 strains pathogenic bacteria separated from Sputum specimen of CAP for Veryelderlypersons,G-,G+ and funji was accounted for 46.98%,44.65% and 8.37%,respectively.The pathogenic bacteria and the drug resistance of HAP and CAP showed significant difference.[Conclusion]The pathogenic bacteria of hospital acquired pneumonia(HAP)and community acquired pneumonia(CAP)for Veryelderlypersons is G-,and followed by gram-positive bacterium(G+)and fungi.The drug resistance for CAP was less than HAP.
