某“三甲”医院10年恶性肿瘤变化趋势分析

摘　　要：[目的]对某医院1999～2008年恶性肿瘤病人的变化趋势进行分析,为该院乃至该地区恶性肿瘤的防治提供参考依据。[方法]根据病案首页数据库及历年疾病分类报表,运用SPSS13.0及Excel进行统计学处理。[结果]该院10年恶性肿瘤病例增加明显,年均增长速度为12.76%,比重不断上升,并向低龄化发展。前10位恶性肿瘤占恶性肿瘤总数的75.70%,15岁以上恶性肿瘤病例占恶性肿瘤总数的97.12%。该院前10位恶性肿瘤依次是肺癌、白血病、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、肠癌、女性生殖器恶性肿瘤、乳房恶性肿瘤、鼻咽癌、泌尿道恶性肿瘤。[结论]该院恶性肿瘤病例增加较快,高发恶性肿瘤相对集中,病种顺位比较固定,针对上述特点,应加强与此有关的软、硬件的投入,早预防、早检查、早治疗,提高该地区人民的健康水平。[Objective]To analyze the trend of malignant tumor in a hospital from 1999 to 2008,and provide reference for prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.[Methods]According to medical record database and the statements of historical classification of diseases,SPSS13.0 and Excel was used for statistical analysis.[Results]The malignant tumors increased significantly,with an annual growth rate of 12.76%,the tumors had been spread to young age group.The top 10 tumor was accounted for 75.70% of the tumor incidence.The tumor in 15 years old and above was accounted for 97.12%.The top ten tumors were lung cancer,leukemia,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,female genital cancer,breast cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer and urinary tract malignancy.[Conclusion]The hospital cancer cases has increased rapidly,the incidence of malignant diseases showed concentration,disease spectrum was fixed,and we should strengthened the related hardware and software investment,early prevention,early examination and early treatment to improve the health of residents.
