摘　　要：结合某化工厂甲醛废水处理工程的实际运行情况,介绍了石灰预处理/厌氧水解/好氧处理工艺流程、主要构筑物及设计参数。运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、甲醛的平均去除率分别达到98.4%和99.9%,出水各项指标均达到上海市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—1997)的二级标准。系统运行稳定,耐冲击能力强,运行成本低。Combined with the operation of formaldehyde wastewater treatment project in a chemical plant, the flow and principle of lime pretreatment/anaerobic hydrolysis/aerobic process are introduced. The actual operation results show that the removal rates of COD and formaldehyde are more than 98.4% and 99. 9% respectively. The various effluent indexes achieve the requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （DB 31/199 -1997） of Shanghai City. The system operates stably and has stronger resistance to shock loading and low operation cost.
